King prawn spicy salad

Another great spicy dish I would like to present. It's good for snacking during the day or even for your dinner when you don't feel like heavy meal in your tummy. Let's spice up your life with this dish!




King prawn spicy salad

Serves: 1



Ingredients

6 king prawns
1 mushroom, cut to chunk
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
gem lettuce, roughly chopped
cherry tomato, cut into half
asian celery, roughly chopped
4 birdseye chillies
2 tbsp pickled garlic juice
2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar

Method

1. Cook king prawns in boiling water for 2 mins then take them out and cook mushroom with the same method.



2. Finely crush chilli with pestle and mortar.



   


3. Mix crushed chilli, sugar, lemon juice, pickled garlic juice and fish sauce together. Mix well and taste as you prefer.




4. Put onion, lettuce, tomato, celery, mushroom and king prawns in the dressing and gently mix.



5. Serve at room temperature.
