Grilled river cobbler

Grilled river cobbler

Ingredients

260g. river cobbler fillets
1 tbsp sweet dark soy sauce
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seed
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
chopped spring onion for garnish



Method

1. Put all the wet and dry ingredients together.



                                                                         Mix well



2. Use a pastry brush to brush all the sauce both sides evenly.


3. Turn on the oven 150C and grill the fish for 25 mins. There is no need to pre-heat the oven for this recipe. This will give the dry and crispy outside but soft and juicy the inside.



4. Garnish the fish with chopped spring onion. Serve with boiled rice and steamed vegetables of your choice. I love steamed chinese cabbage and carrot.
